Organic salmon?

Only if you want to believe what you read on the label. In fact, the USDA has not yet issued regulations on organic seafood. There are no internationally agreed standards in place either. 

As for myself, although salmon is my favourite type of fish, I stopped consuming them 8 years ago once I had learned that farmed salmon contains high amount of antibiotics, pesticides (toxic copper sulphate) and synthetic pigments! 

Other toxins in farmed fish are PCB-s, dioxins, toxaphene, dieldrin and mercury.
